How we clean
Your seat's manual is the boss
A car seat is safety equipment, so we clean it the way its maker says to. We look up your exact model before we start and take photos as we take it apart, so everything goes back where it belongs.
- Harness straps spot-cleaned onlyNever soaked or machine-washed, since that can weaken the webbing.
- Buckles rinsed in warm waterNo soap or lubricant, and we test for a clean click afterward.
- Gentle, baby-safe productsMild soap and plant-based stain and odor treatments.
- No bleach, vinegar, or harsh solventsThey can break down fabric and plastic.

Good to know
How often should a car seat be cleaned?
Every three months is a good rhythm for most families, plus any time there's a spill or sickness. If you'd rather not think about it, our monthly plan picks it up once or twice a month automatically.
Will it really be dry by morning?
Yes. Covers and padding air-dry overnight with fans and a dehumidifier, and we don't use heat. If a seat is ever not fully dry, we'll text you before 7 AM with a plan.
Who puts the seat back in my car?
You do. We return the seat fully reassembled, but you're responsible for reinstalling it correctly in your vehicle. Check your seat's manual, or find a certified car seat technician near you to double-check the install.
What if a stain doesn't come out?
Some stains are permanent, and results can vary. If you're not happy with the clean, tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-clean it.
What about damage or recalls?
Please tell us about any existing damage when you book. We photograph every seat at pickup, and we aren't responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or recalls. If we spot something concerning while cleaning, we'll let you know.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup night.
Do you clean other baby gear?
Car seats are our specialty. For boosters, strollers, high chairs or pack 'n plays, email us and we'll give you a quote.
After your first clean
Loved it? Never book again.
Our monthly plan picks up your seat on your regular pickup night. We text you a reminder the night before, you set it on the porch, and it's back clean by 7 AM. Pickup is included, and you can cancel anytime.
